The grapes are hand-picked at the end of the year to allow for a natural accumulation of sugars. Produced using the classic method in stainless steel tanks. Golden in colour with orange reflections. Aromatic with a predominance of honey, peach, quince, apricot and pear, followed by delicate floral notes. On the palate, the wine is light with refreshing acidity despite the sweetness and explosive flavours of ripe fruit. It is ideal with fruit pies and blue cheeses such as Roquefort, but is also wonderful on its own.
