Fermented in a qvevri from grapes harvested in Shida Kartli, on wild yeast, on 100% skins without stems, 1 month maceration in a qvevri. Low sulfite content. Aromas of white flowers, Italian herbs, apricot, raw almonds. Taste: Elegant and gastronomic, high acidity, soft low-level tannins, light body, excellent balance, medium finish.
