Wine Horizon, established in 2022, is located in Shida Kartli region of Georgia. Their vineyard, located 4 km from the winery in Kvatiskhevi, currently produces red wine from the Tavkveri grape. Tavkveri is a variety of red grape from the Kartli region. It gives rise to interesting dry red or rose wines with aromas of wild roses and fruit. Wine is fermented in Qvevri using cultured yeast with 100% skins for 2 months, then aged in stainless steel tank for 6 months. Aromas of berries, wild cherry, vanilla, pepper. Medium body, medium acidity, low tannins.
