Combination of ancient wine making technique - Roman Ripasso and Georgian Qvevri. Interesing method of vinifying with grapes being dried in cellars first, fermented & aged in Qvevri & tuned in oak barrels at the final stage. Deep ruby color. Full bodied, melted tannins. Black currant, plum, crashed olive, some hints of cigars, oak. Medium acidity. Long, viscous, mineral aftertaste, with nuances of freshly roasted coffee beans.
