The grapes were harvested in the Vazisubani micro-zone from 60-80-year-old vines. The wine was produced using the traditional Georgian method, fermenting on skins and stems in a qvevri. It features a crystalline amber hue, moderate tannins, and a soft, velvety taste, with pronounced aromas of yellow fruit and dried fruit.
